Quick to instal. Easy to use. Excellent capacity for a slimline dishwasher. Variety of washing options, including a 30 min fast cycle that still washes effectively. Delivery was fast and customer service was great.

Not a bad product but some small annoyances. I still can’t quite work out the best program to put it so need to keep playing with it. The big issue is definitely the cutlery caddy. The holes in the sides are quite big so I find some of my cutlery pokes out and stops me lifting the whole thing out after the cycle to put away.

Avoid purchasing this dishwasher at all costs. Since ordering with AO back in November 2022, the machine has developed two faults within a 6 months period. And on both occasions both faults required a call out from an engineer to fix. The 1st fault, a circuit board failure, required a 2 week delay from inspection until the a new part could be delivered. The 2nd fault, an E30 warning followed by my flooding kitchen, is looking like a whole new dishwasher will be needed. Never had any issues of this nature with my 10 year old Zanussi, but this Hoover dishwasher? Forget it. This model is cursed.

Disappointing dishwasher. It’s about 70% successful in actually cleaning everything put in there. I’ve tried all the programs and added functions, all to limited success. I miss the Kenwood one we had - should have stuck to what I know. Doubt I can get a refund because it’s been used for 3 weeks…that’s how I know I don’t like it and it isn’t very effective. It mostly cleans and is quiet and cheap. That’s why it got 3 stars.

1 month old and this appliance has flooded my kitchen. I have to wait 7 days for an engineer to visit so I am not impressed with either the appliance quality or the timescale to try and remedy whatever is wrong. I wasn't offered advice how to empty the dishwasher of remaining water so it is still leaking. Bad customer service up to now from Hoover.

Two month old, already not working. Phoned Hoover, but the year warranty has lots of exclusions in it.

Very quiet when running with a good choice of programs.

Ideal size for 2 people. Very near and easy to use.
