Bought for a student flat. Very effective...now I just have to hope they'll use it regularly!!!

I have heard many good things about the Numatic vacuums and I really want disappointed. Since I didn’t see a difference in power between the Henry and Hetty I chose the Hetty. It’s quieter than expected and it performs better than my previous vacuum cleaner, able to pick up bits in a shaggy rug. The long cord is great - I wasn’t sure about getting a cordless but it doesn’t really matter when you have a 10m cord. Very pleased! Shame the delivery messed up a little but that’s not an issue with the product so 5 stars it is!

Hetty hoover has super-strong suction. It is easy to change from the wide head to the nozzle. The bags last ages and mean that each time you change them, the suction is as good as new. An excellent buy.

I ordered my new hetty on tuesday, she came wednesday morning 1st thing! The driver was helpful, happy and willing to answer any questions I had & even carried her into the hallway for me (i’m heavily pregnant!) Hetty is clean, compact & very easy to put together & she does a good job on hard floor & carpet!

Hetty is a great little hoover and the service from AO couldn’t be faulted.

This was a great product to buy, does exactly what it says, delivery time was really good and delivered at the time it stated.

The best vacuum I’ve ever had. Great suction on carpets and hard wood floors. Good flexibility of movement in and out of rooms and looks pretty!
