Excellent machine, big enough for a family, plenty of useful programs, very quiet.

Great dishwasher with a good selection of cycles. I particularly like the handy tray in the top for linger utensils. Good drying cycle with auto door open feature.

A bit weird to work out the instructions. But okay in the end.

Purchased this as a replacement for my old Hotpoint machine. I am pleased with the cleaning results and ease of use.

tl;dr The heater doesn't work in mine and they're going to take ages to fix it. This arrived on Wednesday. Ran overnight with lightly soiled items and things seemed very wet in the morning. Ran over Thursday night and things didn't get clean or dry. Ran it with a thermometer inside and a power meter attached. It's obvious from that the heater isn't working. Had to spend ages on the phone to get an engineer out but the earliest they can do is 5 days time.

Much better than the previous model, and at a reasonable price - very impressed!
