Faulty from day one. Nice fridge freezer, but fridge stuck at temperature of 0 degrees meaning that we’ve lost a lot of food whilst we wait for an engineer to come and fix it. Let’s see if they can fix it, but when you’re buying a brand new fridge freezer, you don’t expect it to be faulty from the start. Very awkward time to have an unusable appliance over the Christmas period. Very frustrating indeed! Minus the fault, the alliance is fairly decent - looks good and decent space overall. Downsides are not much door space, second freezer drawer would benefit from a divider and nowhere to put the ice cube tray - no slim tray to pull out and how do you balance an ice cube tray on top of your freezer goods when it’s at water stage?!

The unit works well however, the rear panels had missing screws. This left the back panels hanging off and rattling.

Has a good light, plenty of space inside. Like the freezer drawer feature. I really liked the foldaway bottle rack in the pictures and when I looked at an equivalent model instore, but it isn't actually a feature on this product - always hard to tell from a website so buyer beware. The display of the temperatures on the front is nice, but no way of telling if the holiday mode has been selected or not.

I do love my fridge freezer and it's a really good one. I love the drawers for easy access. I didnt like coming downstairs at 03.00am and finding my kitchen full of smoke as the fridge burnt out. They did give me a replacement one in 2 days . So the overall service is good. Just worried it'll happen again.

Great fridge freezer, I love the design (especially the freezer drawers) and it has plenty of room for a larger family. I have always wanted an American style fridge freezer and this slim design fits perfectly. The only problem is it broke down after only 5 weeks and I lost all my food! Waiting for replacement parts now.

Quality product. A shame that the shelves and door racks are difficult to remove for cleaning.

Doors and drawers are stiff, you have to push them harder then normal to close them, they are not soft closing.

very good look, however it looks cheaper than my previous americal fridge, which was a beko pro inverter. but the price is very competitive and it fits perfectly the space i had. overall satisfied.
