This is a second hotpoint dishwasher I bought and 5th in my family! All recommend by me. I wanted the higher model but unfortunately due to covid there seem to be a shortage of dishwashers. Dishwasher has slightly less programs comparing to my previous model but you don't really need more! I'm a bit disappointed as in description it mentions vertical pan support but it's not in my dishwasher! I should really contact ao.com about that. The fact that we bought it again speaks for itself. Previous model lasted me 6 years. We found repair uneconomical. Deffo better quality than cheap beko that I've got in work. Fits large plates and comes with adjustable baskets. Keep your old cutlery basket as mine broke after a couple of years- it could be due to the fact I put small knives in it with pointy bit down. Dishes clean, I'm happy.

This dishwasher is really excellent, particularly for the value. The cycles are a reasonable length and it is nice and quiet when working. We would have given it the full 5 stars, however we had trouble with the door fitting, meaning the dishwasher door doesn't open flat so we need to chop a bit of our cupboard door off to make it fit properly! The Eco function is great but can miss a few spots on tough dishes occasionally. We like the adjustable shelf height (top shelf moves up) to fit our bigger dinner plates and pans in. Overall a sturdy, well proportioned, efficient machine. I'd highly recommend it!

Some nice features as in alternating shelf height and sliding shelves, but the plate stacking doesn't fit my plates and pasta plates, so can't fit as much in as my previous dishwasher.

Very easy to install. Rear has 1 foot which, you adjust from the front of the machine. Downfall is that for my kitchen fronts, the door does not fully open to the horizontal position. Not a major problem.

Happy with my purchase didn't give it 5 stars as didn't like the cutlery basket at the top, would have preferred in the bottom tray, working fine just getting used to the programme's.

Quiet, good choice of programs. Not keen on the basket layout but probably because it’s very different to my previous dishwasher. Does a good job though & leaves everything sparkling. Very useful that you can adjust the back leg by using a small socket at the front.
