Very happy with our new microwave. It was pretty easy to install as part of the built in cupboards. It looks very smart and is easy to operate. Everything you would expect from a Neff appliance.

Neff built in microwave has very easy to understand operations and offers a simple guide book using plain language to explain what needs to be done to get you where you need to be. Also offers 5 heat settings from defrost to fully heated cooking. Very pleased.

Bought this to replace a 12 yr old Neff microwave that had give up the ghost... looks lovely in place... so so easy to use... my older one was confusing but this is dead easy, press and cook... was slightly larger by 2cm than the old one but I just took the top rail thing off and it fits perfect.... I have all older Neff appliances and this matches in nicely being all black gloss and a bit of silver... very pleased with it. I love the electronic door opener, the light comes on as it opens, and it opens perfectly so no bashing on the fridge next to it... I love it
