Good tumble dryer, possibly a bit noisy compared to our previous model. Not sure yet if the B rating is a costly issue, our last heat pump machine was an A rated. That said the previous machine lasted 2.5 years and was much more expensive. As we have only had this machine for a week or so i will reserve judgement. It does certainly dry laundry.

Works fine, bought to replace previous Hoover tumble dryer. No issues so far.

Seems a very good purchase so far as working as spec describes! Hopefully it will continue to be so. It does however, seem quite lightweight plastic so not sure how it will fair in time.

Generally good if alittle noisy. Not used the app to operate as you have to put it on app setting so just as easy to use other settings. Water collection is in a clear container in the machine window easy to empty but sometimes remains misty.

Previously we had a top of the range Heat Pump dryer from a different manufacturer. It went faulty within 6 months and continued to have software malfunctions for the next 3 years. The clothes never dried properly either. Now we have a normal condenser dryer which runs perfectly and dries the clothes to the exact level selected. The novel water collector in the door is a great improvement on the cassette type. You see exactly when it needs to be emptied. Half the cost and, in our opinion, much better at doing the job of drying clothes. Goes to prove not everything should be decided on price alone.

Good product. Always looks like it's steamed up with water collecting in container at front of drum.

Really good tumble dryer, good selection of cycles and smart timings. Only downside is the room gets incredibly steamed up even if the water tank is empty

I bought this to match my Hoover H-WASH machine. Not a perfect match but close enough! The only slight issue I have is that the kick plate is quite stiff to unclip, which has to be done to empty the water container, and I'm not sure how robust this will be - maybe it will loosen with use? Time will tell if this is a legitimate concern. Otherwise, operates as expected.
