Good service decent bit of kit

It's.... okay. Does the job I guess. Could be better but we can't get it all can we? If I could improve, I'd get it to make me a cup of coffee whilst it drys my clothes - LOL

Very disappointed with the performance of this machine. On paper it sounds great, but doesn't live up to the promises. It says that it has an "Anti-Crease" function, reversing the drum during the cycle, but it does not! It only tumbles clockwise, so expect you trousers legs and shirt arms to be tied or twisted together and need rewashed never mind ironed. Duvet covers just ball up, the program ends and you open the machine to a tight steaming ball. After several attempts at a duvet cover we've given up and hang them on radiators. We went for this product based on the brand name and advertised functionality, but to be honest the machine it replaced (RIP) was half the price and twice as good!
