Bought this microwave thinking it was the same as my old Neff, knowing a lot of microwaves are the same, though have a different manufacturer name on same appliance. It looked very similar with similar specifications unfortunately this is nothing like my old microwave. Compared to my old micro this feels and sounds cheap and nasty. Instructions for defrosting confusing. Really wish I'd returned it immediately. I feel I paid a hefty price for an inferior product.

Even though it's a lovely microwave when working, I have been forced to buy 3 of these units in the last 7 or 8 years. With a limited choice of the narrow fitting units for my kitchen design, I have just kept buying this Bosch unit, but after 3 breaking down, this time I am going to try the only other narrow unit available.

Product is one, if not the only, compact microwave we could find as a direct replacement for another bosch compact integral microwave. As a microwave it's fairly basic and very expensive for what it is. Great service from AO in terms of price match, delivery speed(next day) etc

Good product but didn't fit the hole that the old MW oven filled

bought as a like for like replacement for our old model which with a few repairs had lasted 10 years, this one is only 800wt not 900wt and not so big inside. Not my best buy I must admit but it fitted the cabinet, so no other choice without a rejig of my cabinets. It comes with a lot of personally useless settings, needing you to weigh items before defrosting or cooking, will not be using them! Very overpriced for what it is but as I said had no choice without more work on my kitchen. Looks nice but build quality and power not as good as others in the same price range.

This is an exact replacement for the original microwave which has lasted 6 years. After 4 years the 800 button stopped working we-continued to use using other settings until it went off in a bang. Used regularly on average once per day. Would of expected it to last longer.

Compares badly to similar previously owned built-in NEFF. 1" less inside so unable to use some of my dishes. Sounds tinny when closing door. Purchased this product soley to fit existing housing. Very few options for 50cms cabinets.

I have had a great experience from Bosch appliances and after 8 years of use I was forced to replace my much loved and much used Bosch microwave. Although it looked the same, the quality was significantly inferior to the original product. Extremely disappointing.
