Basically a good cooker but spoiled by some silly design faults, it is very difficult to set an accurate temperature, from 50 degrees to 100 then to 150 then 200, the graduations are 12.5 degrees !! then from 200 to 250 the graduations are 10 degrees. All the graduations should be 10 degrees. Had we been aware of this fault we would not have bought this machine.

Absolutely do not buy this oven I bought it in November 2020. It has always burnt things on the outside and not cooked through in the middle. So baking which I used to love has been a disaster. Last week it stopped working and because it’s over a year old hoover want to charge me a small fortune to get it fixed. Not what you expect for something that isn’t even 2 years old. AO customer service very good.

Service from a.o. Excellent. Kept us well.informed about delivery times. Cooker seems to do what it says on the box. Controls easy enough to understand just need to get used to them. Good roomy second oven which was why we chose it. Overall very good value cooker.

This oven is fabulous! The interior is much bigger than I expected and it's great that there are three shelves in total. Most of the others only seem to come with one or two. It's really easy to clean too and looks very stylish. The fan is quiet and cooking is a joy again!

Food tastes better than with old oven, however takes a lot longer and needs to be on a higher heat than before. Not sure why.
