Product has some good design features and items as standard that others want to charge for

Fridge is dark inside and took a while to cool down to temperature. Not as roomy inside as my old Hoover Fridge Freezer. It beeps if you leave the door open which is great for me.

I had the first delivered by AO by it wasn’t holding a safe temperature for food, door wasn’t fitted correctly when AO sent another fitter. Still didn’t hold correct temperature so AO advised I need a new fridge so said they would arrange that. Hoover arrived and arrived with no fridge freezer. Meanwhile this is all over Christmas and lots of phone calls and wasted food. Hoover arranged for new fridge freezer, so far so good but what a hassle.

Good quality build, however bottom shelf is only half size so less storage space. Light is poor visibility - too dark in fridge. The motor kicks in intermittently resulting in a dull motor noise which is annoying. Disappointed really...

Nice fridge freezer. Very quiet. A little smaller capacity than same size appliance it replaced. Like the seperate fruit/salad boxes as most other fridges have 1 large box. Good value for money.

The fridge is a little bit smaller in size than the original one I had as the bottom shelf is shallow in size but you can put a large bottle of milk in the door which I couldn't do with my other one so I am pleased with it

Top drawer of freezer doesn’t have stopper. Both fridge and freezer are really great internal sizes.

Fridge has good layout of shelves. Can alter to you needs. Did take over night for fridge to get fully cold and light not that bright. But adequate. Freezer draws good but top one is not in runners so can fall out easily. Apart from these satisfied with product.
