This fridge/freezer is good value. I like the large freezer drawers which have sturdy handles - I probably got through a drawer front every year on my old freezer, so I hope for a bit better on this. I love the big veg/salad drawer at the bottom of the fridge, but it does take away from the door storage space. I bought another door shelf as only 2 were supplied. The annoying design element is the handles to open the fridge and freezer doors - they are on the side of the door, so if you have it flush to the front of your cupboards, it's really awkward. I have enough space to be able to bring it forward a couple of inches, but it doesn't look as nice as if it was flush.

I like the fridge freezer although it's a bit smaller than expected. But still plenty of space for me. Would have liked another shelf in the fridge bit.

Received very pleasant experience end 2 end, right from searching the suitable product, deciding/ ordering online and delivery, recycling. This hoover fridge freezer (50/50) has plenty of space to keep all sorts of food. Bright light inside and outside look is good. Just what wanted in the limited space available and value for the money. Will definitely recommend.

Great looking fridge freezer but freezes up at the back of the fridge so sent back and Hoover was very helpful.

TO date well satisfied, very quiet and easy to set up. Early days.

Love the style and size, however, it states it is a low frost appliance. But within a week of having the fridge freezer, the fridge has iced up in the back and the top draw in the freezer has become stiff with ice. I have followed the manufactures instructions for the temperature set up. It's something I can handle for now by not letting anything touch the back and using the scraper it came with. But the style is top notch and I love the hidden handles in the doors.

Didn't receive drinks bottle, that was supposed to be given, when delivered did So forget or did someone else taken it, disappointed by this, okay it was free but that isn't the point!, didn't receive the AO membership card / number, still waiting as paid £39.99 two separate payments made and showed up, so not sure where it gone to! AO.com are a good company and customer service, so they may not know that this is happening to all of there customers also fried freezer is 20ltr less than stated, when buying it, and its app controlled which didn't want, as can be hacked,so seems given the wrong fridge freezer as it doesn't seem the Hoover one I mfr ordered,

The freezer section is great. The drawers are the right size and fit a surprising amount of items. The fridge section is oddly laid out and doesn't seem to be a space that can be easily organised. The two glass shelves and single drawer don't fit nicely with door shelf.
