Great product at a reasonable price

It's a little bit smaller than what I expected. There is a lot frosting. The fridge doesn't get as cold as what I want. Waste of my money.

The freezer has 4 shallow drawers which makes what you want easier to find. The fridge has a huge vegetable drawer! I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Turn up missing parts then sent out wrong parts now looking into it now we are without shelves and and no door shelves not happy

Quiet, effective and stylish

I have no idea why vendors pester you for reviews immediately on delivery. So far I know the product was delivered nicely. The packaging was very secure but hard work to remove - lots of stuff taped inside and hard to peel film on the outside protecting the paintwork. The product was otherwise as specified. The unit has a digital power on and setting on the inside which remembers the state. I was told lots of times not to turn it on until it had stood for 5 hours+, so I didin't. Good thing because the digital switch had been left on, so the pump started working as soon as I powered up. The instructions were pretty feeble - the usually slightly incoherently translated text. Overall pretty much as expected. I'll only know in a year or so how I rate the product - for me, durablity and how much it ices up are the key things.

Great size fridge freezer. Was able to get fast delivery from AO! No complaints yet!

We bought this 9 months ago and overall we are pleased with it. However, so far we have had 3 freezer drawer fronts break away from the body of the drawer. When we contacted Hoover was told they are not covered under the guarantee. As we have another chest freezer in the garage we do not overload the drawers so our conclusion is this is a very poor design and needs to be fixed.
