Smaller than normal fridge freezers. I can't find help to get an extra Shelf for the fridge door. Cant find hoovers Uk official site can't find where to get the right model door shelf. Should have come with three shelves in the door but NO it comes with two lousy idea.

Bought few weeks ago worst fridge freezer ever bought noisy makes whooshing noise all the time back wall fridge constantly iced up cooler box to big takes up a lot of space sorry I ever bought it Am already thinking of replacing it can’t get much on one shelf as door shelf takes up a lot of space

Didn't receive drinks bottle, that was supposed to be given, when delivered did So forget or did someone else taken it, disappointed by this, okay it was free but that isn't the point!, didn't receive the AO membership card / number, still waiting as paid £39.99 two separate payments made and showed up, so not sure where it gone to! AO.com are a good company and customer service, so they may not know that this is happening to all of there customers also fried freezer is 20ltr less than stated, when buying it, and its app controlled which didn't want, as can be hacked,so seems given the wrong fridge freezer as it doesn't seem the Hoover one I mfr ordered,

My first and last Hoover product. Nothing wrong with the look. Nice size fridge with lovely large vegetable drawer. The freezer had more space than many others of the same dimensions. It’s a shame it DIDN’T WORK properly. The fridge was ok with the correct temperature. The freezer was the problem. The lowest temperature it would reach was -13. Research from various sources including the manufacturer said a freezer should be at least -18. The food was frozen but you had to touch the food to see. The sorbet was melting. I was worried about food poisoning. The manufacturer was good, with an engineer on site very quickly. His verdict was the freezer was definitely not working properly. The part that needed replacing was the digital temperature control. Unfortunately he did not have one and the warehouse was out of stock! He said ask for a replacement freezer. Foolishly I had the same freezer again. Same freezer, same problem, same engineer. same replacement part still out of stock. Engineers advice? Get a different freezer or your money back. It was also the first fridge freezer I have had with a digital control. I’ve gone back to the old fashioned dial. Sorry Hoover. Not at all impressed.

Bought this in April, used for a couple of weeks then went away for a few months. Have used it now for a month. The design of fridge is very poor. Only way I can get a 6 pint bottle of milk in is to either lose a shelf or a door shelf or put it it on a slant. The left hand outside gets very warm. The lowest setting freezes the milk. One of the drawers has come apart. Regret buying this

Great product. Terrible service. Product delayed which I appreciate can happen, but found out the night before due so bad already made arrangements for our old fridge freezer. Almost impossible to get through to customer service. Still received messages on the original day to say it was arriving. Eventually delivered 2 weeks late. Also a very pushy call after purchase to try and get us to sign up for extended warranty.

This is a "'wet back" fridge which basically means the back wall is dripping or freezing and things next to it stick or get wet. Do not buy this.

Really disappointed with our purchase. The shelf in the door won't fit a 2 pint carton of milk in unless you remove the shelf above it and the drawers in the freezer are terrible. The front of the drawer snapped off the second time we opened it. Don't buy it!
