After being issued with a product that had two dents in it, they supplied another fridge freezer. Have been disappointed in the product since installation. 1) Fridge Door only has two shelves and poor design. 2) Bottom drawer is huge and shame its not split 3) hear a constant whooshing noise like running water 4) the ice build up on the back of the fridge is already building up. I wish I had chosen another product but too late now. My advice would be to keep searching for another fridge freezer model & check every last detail of the product and reviews before buying the product.

It's a little bit smaller than what I expected. There is a lot frosting. The fridge doesn't get as cold as what I want. Waste of my money.

The fridge is ok. Smaller internal space than my previous fridge. The bottom shelf of the door takes up almost half of the bottom shelf, when the door is closed. The fridge came missing a third door shelf which I now have to follow up with hoover.

Very noisey Not as much space as anticipated

We bought this fridge freezer as a replacement for our similar Hoover one which had given us many years superb service. I have the utmost cofidence it will be as good as it is basically just an updated model.

washing well, but unless we are doing something wrong our main plates do not fit without being struck by the spinning under top shelf bar...so its probably worth buying the model with the rising top shelf

Great looking fridge freezer but freezes up at the back of the fridge so sent back and Hoover was very helpful.

The freezer section is great. The drawers are the right size and fit a surprising amount of items. The fridge section is oddly laid out and doesn't seem to be a space that can be easily organised. The two glass shelves and single drawer don't fit nicely with door shelf.
