Very good price and easy to use with the knobs I find the hob suits me very well as I am over eighty and find some hobs very complicated to use ,I would definitely recommend this product.

Lovely, simple to use and a great price, heats up really fast. Love it!

This arrived as expected and was simple to fit HOWEVER, when the electrician who fitted it switched on one of the rings there was a loud bang, a huge spark and it tripped all the electrics. This happened repeatedly. AO responded to us by sending a replacement out and it arrived the following day. This works really well and looks great. It does make me worry about Hotpoint quality control. This product can't have been thoroughly tested, there was no sign of damage to the packaging so no damage in transit. AO are not to blame of course and they did give me a small payment towards the extra cost of the electrician coming out twice- but I was still about £20 out of pocket overall and was inconvenienced by having to stay in for two deliveries rather than one.
