    awful dishwasher

    1/5
awful dishwasher. you cannot fit a dinner plate on the lower tray unless you higher the upper basket then you cannot fit any stemmed glasses in it. it does not dry the dishes, unless you are there when the cycle is finished you are told to undo the door to stop condensation! I was very displeased with it. I am returning it and having it replaced with a different make. customer service was as always fantastic from AO.

    Not the best.

Not the best, doesn't dry as well as my old one and I open the door when finished, cleaning programmes very long especially the eco one, almost 4hours, disappointed.

Terrible design - do not buy!!

I don't know how this dishwasher ever got approved. It has the new cutlery tray on the top which I thought would be a nice feature, and it is... BUT if you have the higher tray on the low setting, you cannot get a standard sized dinner plate in there without the sprayer arm hitting them, and it you move the tray up to the higher setting, you then can't get a regular sized drinking glass in there. A terrible design and we had to return it (at our cost even though it was the manufacturers fault) and swap it for a different model by a different brand. Wouldn't buy it again ever.

    Stay away

I feel this is not a very well designed dishwasher. For starters if you have 26cm plates you will have to lift up the middle basket, no problem, but them you get a lot less space in the middle basket, so much so that if you put a mug in the middle it will hit the handle for the cutlery tray. Cutlery tray is a waste of time because if you close the draw, the cutlery tends to fall over each other and you end up with some not behind washed properly. Bottom basket is okay but it is quite difficult to place pots etc if you gave plates in already. Very much like playing Tetris just trying to get things to fit. I would say stay away from this one. I changed for the Hotpoint slimline dishwasher and I gave been most impressed with that model

Great looking, quiet and effective. Very happy.

Bought to replace a Hotpoint slimline dishwasher that appeared to be tiny. We have a Hisense fridge freezer & oven so know that the brand is quality. The wife liked the cutlery tray and read all the positive reviews so we ordered this and have not been disappointed. The delivery guys were brilliant, the old machine was disconnected and removed, this was connected and we had washed a load with no issues within the hour. It's a good looking piece of equipment and much quieter than our new washing machine. The only slight negative is that the control panel which is easy to use, is concealed when the machine is in use so you can't check how long the remaining run time is. That's a small price to pay for all the positives though including the basket height that a lot of people have mentioned. We put glasses and bowls in the middle basket and plates at the bottom and everything fits perfectly for a tiny family of 3 like our.

    Oh dear!

Unfortunately we took delivery of a dud machine, it did not meet our expectations at all from day one. AO were very helpful throughout the whole debacle, Hisense themselves were less than helpful I have to be honest, without the intervention of Joseph from the AO Escalation team, I imagine we would still be waiting for yet another visit from an engineer? Through the very professional intervention of Joseph, we now have a brand new BEKO dishwasher which is perfect. I suspect we were just unlucky?

    Cutlery tray

Nice and quiet, efficient cleaning. Main problem is cutlery tray at the top of the machine means lots of cups/glasses,wont fit the top tray. If I lower the top tray then plates don't fit. For this reason only I would not recommend this machine.

    Excellent

This dishwasher is fantastic. It's quiet, cleans well and very easy to use. It has an excellent extra, a cutlery shelf right at the top, which is so much better than the cutlery basket, it frees up extra room in the bottom shelf. Also small objects like lids are safe, again freeing up room in the main body. I highly recommend this dishwasher based on my experience.
