Fantastic little dishwasher. Got it as we needed specific dimensions and to a particular budget. Very simple and ergonomic to use.

When installed it was noted that the side panels were not flush with the door. This does not affect the machine's performance but not what you expect when buying an expensive product. I've opted to keep the machine & in the future if I have to call an engineer for somthing else I will get the panels realigned. The machine is very easy to use & has some useful features such as displaying time remaining to finish. Everything comes out very clean so very happy with it's performance.

Purchase the Hisense dishwasher having had a fridge which is great. The dishwasher however is a little shorter than most so fits under work surfaces which are lower than usual. This however results in the bottom basket clear height being compromised especially as the top basket appears to have extra clear space at the top. The result is that our dinner plates and cutlery foul the spray head beneath the top basket unless position right at the sides of the bottom basket. The machine itself works well and looks good but is flawed by the clearance issue. Shame because the fridge is great! and the price was very competitive.

Great service from AO, as on previous occasions. And so far so good with the new dishwasher. Chose this one because of the specific size I needed and it's a nice machine with a good display screen.

I have had several issues with appliances from a well know brand in this price range, so i decided to avoid them when replacing the latest casualty. The 2 year warranty with Hisense is double what some competitors offer, with no hidden costs. My main restriction in choice was the width of the machine, with the space in the kitchen being less than 600mm wide. This Hisense machine is 595mm wide so was one of the few machines that would fit. Externally it's simple with no fussy controls. The count down timer is useful, it beeps when its finished but is not loud and annoying. It took a while to find the best around settings, and turn the heat up. When delivered the rinse aid was on the highest setting, which emptied itself in a few days! Internally the top draw had to be adjusted to the higher setting, to allow large plates in the bottom draw. The drawers don't feel as solid as my previous machine. The instructions are very basic, and look like a poor translation from Chinese. It works well, reasonable price, longer warranty than competitor's.

Really great product and service can not fault both product and service

A really quiet and efficeint dishwasher. Love the display and the timing options of which cycles to run the dishwasher. Very easy to plumb in with a little help from a neighbour! It is a great dishwasher for a medium sized household. I would say a maximum of 4 people living in the household would be best suited for this dishwasher. I would highly reccomend this dishwasher and Hisense as a brand.
