Door lock did not work

Slipped in but the water connection needed a larger hole in the adjacent cabinet so your fitter couldn’t connect. Must have missed the warning about the change in fittings. I would suspect that many buyers are replacing an old machine and are not aware of the change in the fittings! Annoying. The dishwasher works beautifully though the instructions could be clearer.

Love this dishwasher. The glasses sparkle, the plates are clean, the cutlery is kept separated so the spoons don't fit together and stay dirty. I love that the door pops open when it's finished, although it scared the dog??. It has an economical programme and hotter more intense too. I like the fact it also has a clean cycle.

If I could give zero stars I would, Hisense could not repair the machine and it arrived dead on arrival. It needed a new hose, waited patiently for 11 days only for AO to step in and replace with a more reliable Bosch. Lets see how that one goes.

This looks great and cleans dishes equally as well. Installation is very easy and I like that the cold water inlet has a filter on it to catch any debris in the water. The draws and door were a bit stiff at first but they are loosening up over time. Usage is very straightforward and can be done without reading the manual to be fair. However it's worth reading to get the best from this machine. Particularly like the auto clean function which learns over course of 5 sessions how much water and heat to use to clean at the most efficiently. So far really pleased with this as the replacement for our old one and that it's also more eco friendly is a nice bonus
