Good product, great price for the performance. Wash not always consistent however, this may be user error.

Delivered on Christmas Eve -excellent delivery service by AO. Dishwasher seems good-looks very stylish. Arrives with some setting up to do so make sure to read the manual. I am still trying to get the settings right to dry properly- various different ones for the type of tablet and water hardness, tried the ‘all-in-one but doesn’t get them dry enough. Will be adding extra rinse aid to see if it helps.

    Good but not perfect

Dishwasher looks great, nice speak design, though a bit on the bulky side so check your measurements particularly the depth. Washes things really well and is quiet for a dishwasher. One thing I don't like is that the top section on the left where cups are placed is very tight. It has a fixed bar across which makes getting larger mugs in and out a pain at times. It seems to be designed for small tea cups not mugs. Aside from that, the feet at the bottom are rubbish. Cheap plastic which don't turn easily and made levelling the dishwasher a much harder time consuming process than it needed to be. Also they slip easily on hard floors, so the dishwasher is prone to moving when opening or closing the door.

I'm pleased with the dishwasher but it's taking me a wee while to understand operating it.

Very happy with this - bought to replace a 7 year old Bosch which was leaving residue on our dishes. We've used this Hisense one for a week now and it leaves everything sparkling clean and runs very quietly. My only disappointment is that the loading space is not as efficient as the old Bosch one - the racks are not wide enough apart to stack deep bowls like cereal bowls, so we have to lay them down, taking up more space. Our old dishwasher had a cutlery tray at the top which left more space for loading mugs and plates, although it took up headroom so we struggled with tall glasses. This Hisense one has a traditional cutlery basket which takes up the space of a saucepan or 4 plates, but does give loads of headroom in the top basket for tall glasses.

Sleek, easy control panel.. the structure is a little flimsy.. I pushed the bottom of the item in to the gap.. and dented the metal door.. as I didn't realise how flexible the metal was.

Slipped in but the water connection needed a larger hole in the adjacent cabinet so your fitter couldn’t connect. Must have missed the warning about the change in fittings. I would suspect that many buyers are replacing an old machine and are not aware of the change in the fittings! Annoying. The dishwasher works beautifully though the instructions could be clearer.
