Worst appliance we have bought. Went for this as it holds the most items and we need a lot of space. Our main course plates are 11 inches in diameter so not exactly over sized but far too big for this dishwasher- what happens, well the plates stop the arm spinning and nothing in the upper rack gets cleaned. The cutlery rack- a good idea but leaves water marks due to laying the cutlery down. Racks are very flimsy- when full they sag so i cannot see this dishwasher lasting. Wish i'd bought another brand.

Very good product loads of room inside as the cutlery draw is at the top, fits large pans and casserole dishes. I just use the one hour wash and it’s fantastic have used the other settings but for everyday the one hour suit me. The door opens when it’s finished and drys beautifully. This product is fantastic, it has a total of three levels & what I really love about the top level is that it is for cutlery, it can fit lots & I mean lots of cutlery on it, it’s a very clever design also you can lift the middle basket up if you have anything slightly taller than other pots & pans underneath it’s a real nifty feature, also this dishwasher is very quiet, it plays a little tune when it’s finished, the door opens on its own once completing the cycle it’s on, this is to dry the pots by releasing the hot steam, it’s just an amazing dishwasher for the price, I would certainly recommend that you buy this dishwasher, I love mine!

Looks nice and I love the idea of the extra tray drawer for cutlery, rather than having a cutlery basket. Nice and spacious. Only done two wash cycles at the moment, but they haven't been the best, but this might be user error or just the eco wash cycle. So, I am persevering with it and going to try the different wash cycles.

The Hisense HS643D60WUK is an excellent mid-range dishwasher that delivers outstanding performance and user-friendly features, making it a great choice for modern households. Here’s why this model stands out: I honestly used the quickest program I can see which is 1h but I can say that Plates, pots, and pans come out spotless and glasses are sparkling. It's a 16 place size but I can say that it's huge! The upper rack can be lowered if needed but I like to use the lower rack for bigger pots and no need for extra space in the upper one. Cutlery rack is fantastic. Each rack has his own sprayer so everything comes out sparkling. I am NOT pre-wash my dishes, at all. Not even the very nasty/burned oven trays and this machine cleans them perfectly, better than I could ever do honestly. It is quite too. At the end of program the door will open itself to allow drying and it works perfectly. The door it's a bit flimsy but I hope that will last a few years from now on.

I bought this dishwashing machine last year in Jul, after 7 months has broke (F54 error code), an engineer has come after 1 month after repair booking, seen where the leak come from, now i have booked for next repair after another month, so 2 month DWM not in use ....very ridiculous and frustrating I will never buy this brand, never. Poor quality, poor customer service, poor service .
