    Sadly not a good dishwasher

    1/5
We bought this to replace our old dishwasher, but from day one we had problems with it. Our main issue was that it was not manufactured very well and the top of the appliance was not fitted straight, so that the plastic leading edge stuck out on the left side of it. What made this worse was that the leading edge was also razor sharp, and both me and my wife cut our hands on it in the couple of months that we had it. Another issue was that it did not properly clean items placed at the back left and right of the upper shelf, even very lightly dirty glasses. It seemed that the water jets weren't reaching those areas. We had other niggles that we could have lived with if not for the two big issues above: The touch sensitive buttons on the front panel were just too sensitive and brushing past could switch on the dishwasher. While I liked the top cutlery tray (which does have an impressive capacity) if would often stick when trying slide it into the machine. This is how I cut myself on the leading edge of the top lid, because it stuck and I applied more pressure which caused it to fly in and my hand to scrape the sharp edge. The manufacturer twice tried to repair it, but in the end we rejected and returned the dishwasher and instead ordered one from another manufacturer.

A Very Poor Product That I Wish I Had Never Bought

    1/5
We have now owned this for about 2 months. I have always had Bosch dishwashers but as the last one only lasted 3.5 years I thought I would go for a cheaper brand….what a mistake. This dishwasher is poor in lots of different ways: 1) It is bad at washing dishes! Even though we pre-rinse our dishes, we regularly have to put dishes through multiple times as they come out dirty. Don’t even think about trying to get oven dishes clean! 2) The door auto opens with 1hr 5mins left of the cycle. 3) The cutlery tray has very strange mouldings that mean it is impossible to place more than about 8 items of cutlery in it. 4) The gap between the bottom tray and the upper tray is too small for anything larger than a small dinner plate. Overall, this is a very low quality product that does its sole job very poorly. The design is ill-thought out and I would strongly recommend you steer clear. If I could afford it, I would just throw this away and buy a different brand. I hope this review saves you some money

Didn't work - not fit for purpose

Unfortunately the middle shelf does not clean at for us at all. 2 Hisense engineers have checked it and said there is no fault. We are absolutely gutted and have had to return this and lose a money for doing so. Might just be the machine we got but it certainly didn't worked as expected and has caused a lot of hassle and stress.

I bought this dishwashing machine last year in Jul, after 7 months has broke (F54 error code), an engineer has come after 1 month after repair booking, seen where the leak come from, now i have booked for next repair after another month, so 2 month DWM not in use ....very ridiculous and frustrating I will never buy this brand, never. Poor quality, poor customer service, poor service .

    Does not clean

Awful, spent more to get a good dishwasher but this is worse than our 10 year old machine. Doesn’t clean propeely especially on the cutlery drawer, mugs do not clean at the top. Really disappointed. Don’t waste money on this.

    Feels cheap and nasty.

I really regret buying this dishwasher. It was to replace a Bosch, and really wasn't that much cheaper. It feels and looks cheap - the front metal is wafer thin. Also the increased places capacity is a con - the cutlery tray at the top just takes up space so you get very little in the top shelf. The prongs are bendy, and the draws slide in and out really loudly. All in all, I'd go for a slightly better one in future

    Difficult to operate.

    2/5
I returned this product after using it for only four washes. The control icons do not light up meaning that if your kitchen s not bright then a torch has to be used to make a selection. The cycle indicator lights are difficult to change and cancelling a cycle was a challenge. If you want a dish washer that is easy and quick to operate avoid this appliance. Not particularly quiet but on the plus side the wash results were good and the feature of the door popping open at the end of a cycle helps the dishes to dry.

Disappointing (Compared to previous Hisense products)

    2/5
Really disappointed with this - we recently bought a Hisense American-style fridge-freezer and were very impressed - it was the only model that ticked all the boxes (size, fridge/freezer ratio, ice & water features) but were hesitant not really knowing the brand. We followed it up with a washing machine - now more familiar - and it matched the features of other brands at a third of the price. Both felt like premium, quality items. But this is completely different. It feels so flimsy, the door is flimsy- you can wiggle it, it doesn't close cleanly. The brackets keep popping of the railings, so every time we pull upper the shelves out they come of the runners. Even the bottom one fails to cleanly slide in or out. In all, it just feels flimsy and cheap. I nearly stuck with it - it is large and easy to get a busy household's washing-up in - but I have little faith in this lasting long term.
