Overall the fridge freezer looks great. It also does the job and I like the compartment that can be either a fridge or a freezer - very useful. However, some of the half heights inside are a bit frustrating - e.g the door compartments are only just big enough to stand a large milk bottle and won’t take a 2 litre bottle. The main shelves also have a slightly odd configuration with one shelf that is basically unusable. Also the door is difficult to close, it doesn’t just shut when you give it a slight push, you really have to actively close it.

It’s a nice shiny looking fridge, the lighting is great. In door storage is nice and deep so it’ll hold the jars and bottles well. Negative side; there are not enough fridge drawers for storage like fruit and veg. The special keep fruit moist drawer just seems to encourage them to go mouldy. The fridge door is hard to push close. The freezer seems ok but the ice tray is an over complicated design and the ice cubes all get stuck together (I’m wondering if the freezer isn’t actually cold enough as there seems to be a thin layer of frost on the dedicated freezer side). Minor niggles as it’s not as good as our last (Beko) fridge. AO’s service and delivery were good. They kept to the promise of delivering my fridge to where I wanted it and removing my old one despite the Covid restrictions.

We are so happy with our new fridge freezer its a Big one !! The delivery guys were so helpful they really were 1st class. We will defiantly be using a.o.com again without hesitation .

So far this has met all my expectations and I am well pleased. Chose the version on wheels for easy moving, but due to the uneven floor we have had to prop it up off the wheels. Should still be easy to move when we need to.

There is not much in fridges & freezers for retail people like me: It should work. Be efficient, Look decent enough. Haier HTF-610DM7 fits the bill. Huge in capacity, A++ and nice looking box without gimmicky things like in-build ice/water dispensers that take capacity from fridge & need maintenance. On efficiency and "A++" buzzwords: if you have huge fridge, make sure you buy model that doesn't force you to ventilate most of the cool air every time you open it for few seconds - with this models two separate freezers each with its own door, I am opening only half of freezer if I need to take out something! Good luck with your hunt!

We’ve only had the unit for one week, but so far I am very happy. The full width fridge makes it so easy to store larger items, and though the shelves are a little more closely together than a full length fridge, making taller items needing to be placed in the door shelves, this is not a problem as the door shelves are very generous in size and will fit two 6-pint milk bottles or three 4-pint milk bottles per shelf! The freezer is also very spacious and the flexibility of my zone is great - currently we’ve made that part of the unit work as a fridge for our vegetables. The only small remark I have is the ice tray that comes with the freezer. The ice cubes are too small and do not drop off when you turn the knobs over. Not really a big issue, we’ve simply taken it out an use a good quality ice tray with lid to prevent spills. If it wasn’t for that, I’d give this unit the full five stars!

Brilliant fridge freezer, plenty of space with lots of light to luminate every corner. Sleek modern style with a subtle LED in the middle to show the temperatures in the compartments. After fiddling around I got the LED part to only light up when people are around it. Overal very impressed with this fridge freezer. Note had to take doors off to get it throught the door (hinge too)
