I have given it 4 star, this is because the silver H letter came straight off from the logo Haier on the fridge front door, and went into 2 pieces the first day I got it. I can’t find anywhere online to find a replacement letter. Otherwise it’s a lovely fridge and I’m happy with it. The drawers and door open great. It’s bigger than I expected so if your titch you might want to purchase a step ladder to reach the top shelf

Amazing fridge freezer. I've always wanted a double American fridge freezer but it won't fit in the space so went with this instead and can honestly say it's such a great design and gives the same idea on a smaller scale.

First of all this fridge is so classy and modern and sleek for my kitchen, I love it! The drawers for the freezer hold so much and are a nice touch and make packing and unpacking my freezer really easy with the bonus of no frost build up ever. The fridge also has a lot of space and the fact that it's also frost free is a bonus, my food stays fresher longer and I swear my salads are crisper and fresher than ever before. The door holds plenty and can fit multiple 2 litre bottles as well as eggs, butter, cheese etc. The light is nice and bright. I'm enjoying the door touch features/functions that allow you to adjust the temperature of the fridge and freezer without having to open the door/drawers. It also has an alarm for if the door is open for top long. No more midnight snackies for me without being busted. All on all this fridge freezer is a definite 10/10 Highly recommend. Needed a larger fridge freezer with freezer drawers which pull out rather than the cheap plastic ones offered by most other manufacturers so chose Haier. There seems to be much more fridge and maybe a bit more freezer space and the drawers make it much easier to organise and find food. There is a temperature setting shown for both fridge and freezer displayed on the outside of fridge door, but this shows only the temperature that it should be, not the current actual temperature. We have therefore had to buy a thermometer to put inside the fridge. It is a shame no one thought to include the actual temperature on the outside or even a display inside which is a shame. We have had this for about 3 weeks now and very happy with it. .Looks nice and quality seems good. Something to bear in mind is that there were a couple of very unnecessary sticky labels on the fridge - no need for these and took us a while to eventually remove them worrying we would scratch the fridge. I understand that these can be easily removed using a hairdryer, but they shouldn't be on there at all.

Brilliant fridge freezer so quiet and loads of room brilliant service from start to finish first time using AO will defo be ordering again

It's beautiful and looks so stylish. Very quiet. Freezer drawers are smooth sliding and large. Not a drop of water in sight (my last Beko used to flood regularly). Very highly recommended.
