Very exciting that a base model really kicks ass. Great cleaning, quiet and easy to use. Third curtley tray which is a gift. A++ is reassuring n it's just happy days.

Dishwasher ‘does what it says on the tin’. Definitely will buy from AO again.

Lots of space and highly versatile due to the collapsible slots in both drawers. Cutlery tray is a brilliant innovation with plenty of room for large and small items. Runs quietly in my open plan living area and the alarm to let you know it's finished is audible without being intrusive. Cleans well, although to get effective drying I've found it necessary to activate the extra drying option (which only takes about an extra ten minutes). Overall I think it's a great buy.

It functions as advertised. Plastic screw to elevate the rear snapped very easily. Needed to manually raise the rear stand which then snapped as well. Poor quality fittings.

My first Hisense product and if this is anything to go by, it won’t be my last. It knocks spots off my old branded dishwasher and most of all it’s quiet. It certainly has earned me plenty brownie points with the Mrs!

The dishwasher was well packaged and easy to unpack. Be warned there are some very sharp edges and gloves are advisable whilst manhandling the machine. I received quite a bad cut from sharp metal edges so be warned. The rear height adjuster on my model snapped whilst pushing the machine into place requiring an additional block to stand it on. Keep it wound in until in position under counter then raise height. Machine washed as described but 3in1 setting cannot be used on 1hour cycle so will have to use liquid rinse aid. Annoying!! Everything else is fine and all pots and pans cleaned really well but very wet at end of cycle. Haven't tried extra dry yet but will do. Good value for money.

Mixed feelings on this product. Good points are the easy to use control panel and I like the cutlery tray. Bad points are that the washer arm hits the dinner plates as it rotates. We don't have oversize plates so really bad design on Hisense part. Quite a few items keep coming out dirty so I think this is effecting the cycle. Disappointing with a busy family.

Old dish washer removed and new one installed. Quiet and excellent cleaning. Cutlery tray is far better than a basket.
