Please spend more money get a better one, I have wash a third to half of the dishes again every time, and they are rinsed every time beforehand the cutlery tray is useless all that has to be washed by hand. The door is super heavy and drops open, keep children and pets away! The bottom rack rolls out and off the door to the floor. Dangerous very unhappy.

There are two top shelves, one for small items and he top shelf is for cutlery - unfortunately it doesn't clean things on the top shelves very well at all. I am going to ask for a refund. Terrible.

After few times error come up and we can’t use it. Contact someone to come in and get it fix but now I need to wait 2 weeks For new part. So not working dishwasher for a month ....definitely not recommend this one!

It’s a good dishwasher, but the one we had delivered is faulty as it doesn’t heat up enough to dry the dishes. What a pain after cutting down our wooden kitchen door and repainting to make it fit. AO service good however so I am hopeful it will be resolved.

bought this as it had a cutlery tray as well, but the cutlery do not come out clean. Moreover the machine does not clean the dishes properly, they come out with specs of dried food on them resulting in having to wash them again by hand. Which defeats the object of the machine. Tried to contact customer service, left message got no response yet. Regret having bought it.

Does not fit pint glasses in top drawer and full size plates in lower compartment. Does not clean everything properly. Drawer runners a little. Quite noisy. Gives off slight odour when in use

Very disappointed as we have read brilliant reviews on WHICH for this and obviously on here! Short Review : - Rear Foot does could not be adjusted (on 2 separate models) and broke off on one - Hisense do not have this product on their website, nor can you find any installation details on Google. Their customer service is through a random repair centre who knew very little about the machine (they even said it had no feet!) - It supposedly does NOT fit standard size kitchen doors (720mm height). See below for details. Dishwasher Number 1 : When our installer went to put it in the mechanism to raise the back foot broke off (plastic screw at the front of the dishwasher). An Hisense engineer was ordered out and he came in and instantly said "I don't normally deal with things like this" and proceeded to ask US questions as to what the screw should do and how it operated. He then exclaimed he would have to find replacement parts which could take 7-10 days. AO were brilliant though and organised a replacement asap. The second dishwasher arrived and an experience kitchen installer, plumber and ourselves all could not make the back foot operate without being concerned about it breaking again. We called up AO and then tried to contact HISENSE but the repair centre which deals with the calls could not help. They even advised us it did NOT have any adjustable feet because they "could not see any one the photos!"! Both AO and the Hisense Call Center could not find manuals for it nor any installation information. We even asked if we could have extra leg sent out for the rear (there's two spaces either side at the back for additional legs) but Hisense didn't know the part number, couldn't advise it and said they would call back after the weekend. They did not! Another problem was on the separate installation sheet provided with the machine (which shows you can adjust the feet... even though the back one doesn't move!), the description for the door mounting isn't great. It also advises it can only take doors under 700mm in height, despite being advertised as a standard dishwasher. Standard kitchen unit doors are 720mm in height... We never tried to install a door so cannot clarify if this is an issue. All in all... I am sure it's a very good dishwasher... I think it's VERY coincidental two separate models had the same issue but what I am most concerned about is the lack of knowledge and communication from Hisense when trying to resolve the issue. On that note, we are returning the item and swapping it for a completely different brand (BEKO... after a lot of research this seems our best bet)! AO have been kind enough to organise this for us (I did have to chase once but they were very thorough and friendly). They are fitting it for us gratis and offered us money off our new model. Glad AO were there to support! Excellent communication! Good luck to anyone who wishes to try out these dishwashers... such a shame as they came up beaming in reviews!
