I am not satisfied with this product. The items are still wet when I unload regardless of how long I leave them, I’d say it’s 50/50 as to whether I will need to hand wash some bits after the cycle anyway as still come out dirty (yes I scrape, rinse, top up rinse aid and salt). It has caused some items to rust including a very nice set of knives and Stanley cup, the layout of the trays seems very impractical for example there is a row on the top left tray that is too small for most cups and mugs. All in all I would say this is a prime example of you pay for what you get it being on the lower end of DW prices.
