It''s okay, no issues with the washing of things, like the time delay. The racks inside are a little lightweight, loose and rattle about, would have prefer more precision solider feel...

We changed from a Bosch free standing machine. The Hisense compares unfavourably in many respects. Cutlery tray doesn't hold items well, the design is poor. The lower crockery drawer has spacings too close together; we have to leave many spaces empty. It also tends to jump off its guides in the door when when pulled out. No programs for quick washes. Cheaper than a Bosch but you can see why.

Good design and cleaning, runs very hot (be careful with water bottles on the bottom shelf), fits lots in it.

Great dishwasher, easy to fit and easy to use. Only thing I'm not completely happy with is the cutlery tray has supports in bad locations cutting down the amount of cutlery I can fit

Was easy to install. Unfortunately it’s a little smaller inside than the one I was replacing, I thought it would be the same as my old Hisense (2 year old!) but it’s slightly smaller meaning you can’t put tall glasses in the top shelf with plates etc on the bottom. This is a L, should’ve have gone for a XXL. Also said it had a 15 minute cycle but I can’t find it.

Overall ok, would have liked an inside light and an external floor light to indicate it’s on (as my old dishwasher did). Trays etc are not as customisable as I’m used to so still getting used to the best place to put tall/wine glasses etc but feels a bit more robust than my previous machine so probably less prone to rubber bits flaking off as a result. Machine is pretty quiet too and doesn’t seem to drink rinse aid like my old machine so that’s a positive. Washing results seem ok too and like the auto open functions for drying
