What a great product it hoovers well on all surfaces with attachments for the nooks and crannies. Great for hoovering my car too.

Great power on most carpets and hard floors. Plenty of attachments. Light to move and carry about. Simple to use, it’s on or off!

First ever Henry, brilliant. I was really taken by its power and amazingly low noise. I bought it for our Church building but would not hesitate to recommend one to friends or family.

Only one speed of suction but otherwise very good

Love this Henry! He's compact, easy to maneuver not juat on the floor but carrying up ans down stairs. Haven't used all the different attachments yet but still in the process of moving things to be able to. Only con I've found so far is that I can't seem to pull the head backwards in certain directions of my carpet ... but I think it may be my carpet not Henry.

I've gone back to Henry after a few years of trying cordless uprights which broke and weren't efficient. I bought my original Henry in 1996 and it is still working, I like the features which have since been introduced, like storage on the vacuum for the tools and the option of a smaller capacity at 6 litres is still plenty big enough rather than the 9 litre HVR200. It is a fantastic vacuum cleaner with a powerful suction, because I have pets I also bought a turbo brush to use and it is brilliant on carpets for picking up animal hair. I'd forgotten how dependable Henrys are and what a great job they do. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because it is a bit heavy and cumbersome but worth it to have a clean house again.
