We've had a Dyson for 2 years and it's never really sucked anything up and to empty it we had to put a chop stick into it and scoop the fluff and dirt out. Henry has super powerful suction and the carpet's never looked cleaner. Yes it's a bit heavy and clunky but does the job!

Love Henry. Great suction and robust which is what I need. It is heavier than my previous dyson (which lasted less than 3 years at 4 times the cost) hence 4 stars but wouldn't be without him!!

Good product have used before, powerful suction. Only negative is the brushes seem stuff on carpet when pushing in a certain direction. It brings a lot of fluff and hair to the carpet surface but you have to lift the brush off the floor for it to actually suck the dust etc up

Bought a Henry because I wanted a reliable hoover. Seen as they are the hoover of choice on building sites nationwide the Henry got my vote. Very good at cleaning really got no gripes with that side of it... My only problem is the accessory storage. They constantly get knocked off the back as you move through.

Henry is a fabulous product for small landlords like me - functional, value for money and easy to use.

Really pleased with this vacuum, great suction and works great on carpet and hard floors. Makes cleaning the house so much easier. Previously owned an upright vacuum and found a Henry much easier to use! Only (very) minor gripe is that all the attachments fit onto the holders on the back of the Hoover...except one! Why? All round great vacuum though...really happy! And delivery was so quick!
