This is a great carpet and upholstery cleaner, very compact so easy to move about, very simple to use and very effective, really shifts the dirt. Leaves carpets and upholstery damp not wet through like some others do.

Very poor product. Lots of effort to put together. Once I finally was ready to clean carpet, I found it extremely difficult to manoeuvre. Very hard to extract the water from the carpet. Left with a sodden carpet. Don’t waste your money. I was very disappointed.

Let me start by saying that this is the first time I’m buying a Numatic product. I’ve been a regular Forbes user but decided to give the Henry wash a try after a lot of recommendations on the Henry. On the positives, easy to assemble, easy to tuck away in the corner, great with the vacuuming, picks up fine particles of dust. On the flip side, my biggest peeve was the missing last mile precision required in quality control before packaging. The suction ends are required to have a metallic strip which was missing. Caused this to get stuck into the carpets instead of moving smoothly. I’d still recommend this product but hope Numatic takes note of quality checks before dispatch.

Easy to put together and use. Quality product that is well made - no cheap plastic bits. Cleans much closer to the edges than the upright models I've tried and it actually has a usable upholstery attachment that works.It's third time lucky for me, as 2 other other makes I tried were either too heavy, or too rough on the carpets and had an inadequate upholstery attachment. This Henry is perfect!.

Works a treat! Just make sure you 'agitate' the surface with a brush as well and it works even better, rather than relying on just the suction. Very happy to have purchased - have used on car seats and sofa so far and it's worked really well! Always there for carpets when I need, too.

Have tried similar upholstery cleaning machines in a similar price range. This is clearly better in all departments. Great value upholstery cleaning machine.

What a product. Why hire when you can buy? Super convenient way to give your home that little extra deep clean. At just over the size of a standard Henry vacuum this Henry Wash is easily stored and easily used. Machine is very easily and quickly assembled with the clear pictures provided. You will be shocked at the colour of the water Henry will remove from your carpets leaving them visibly cleaner. So handy to have for any spills or leaks. Should have bought one years ago.
