I absolutely love my Henry Washer. He is so easy to use and the results are brilliant. He has saved me a fortune. Not only can I wash carpets and hard floors like my porch and wet room floor but I can also put him to work on wall tiles too.

This is my second Henry with the replaced unit lasting over ten years. Easy to use and as effective as the hired units that are available in a domestic environment. And the advantage of owning a Henry is its always on hand if needed.....for a full house clean to red wine on the settee. I use this for a full house shampoo every spring and autumn which means that in the 4th year its paid for itself over the hire for a day option.

After the torrential rain we had water coming up through the carpet & underlay. Based upon experience with other machines in the "Henry" range we bought the "Henry Wash", a very sturdy machine, some weight but moves well on casters,well built with metal connections it had the power I we were looking for and expected from the "Henry" range. It took two/three sessions of slowly dragging back the nozzle to suck up the soaking wet carpet/underlay to leave it slightly damp so we could finish off with the dehumidifier. No rotting or mould was observed. We also have alot of cats so comes in very handy for regular cleaning plus any mess & the upholstery & the car upholstery too! No dislikes, all positives.Very pleased with this!

Best carpet cleaner ever. With 3 dogs, despite hoovering thoroughly before cleaning, hairs are troublesome, with this cleaner you can clean all the components easily and quickly. Does a very good clean, its a little cumbersome around the home, but the benefits more than make up for it
