Excellent product does exactly what it says it does, looks good too.

Fast and so far reliable and looks good too. Good energy efficiency and got 5 years parts and labour warranty. Only downside was that thought it would be a little quieter when running than it actually is. Still better than the old machine that I had.

We've had it one month and so far so good. It's easy to use, unlike some touch screen ones we tried, very quiet, even on full spin, and the wash times are not stupidly long (e.g. 80mins for cotton at 40deg). Marked down one star because even though it's a 10kg load the drum is slightly smaller than our old 8kg washing machine.

Great service from AO. The machine is very quiet which was the reason for choosing it. Good choice of programmes and clothes so far have come out clean. It hasn’t yet transformed a pair of socks into a single sock and a pair of holey underpants!! It’s very heavy which is probably why it’s quiet but took a lot of effort (and people) to get it up the stairs.

Lovely appliance, very stylish and so quiet to run. Lots of different programmes including a 15minute quick wash. Very happy with my purchase.

Good washing machine. The reason I went for this machine is it comes with an extended 5 year warranty and 10 year parts guarantee. However when registering this on phone was told to do it online. Registered online and received an email to confirm registration but it says nothing about the 5 year guarantee.

So far this machine has been great! Pros - easy to use and straightforward programs. Cycles aren't overly long so it's definitely more cost effective than the machine I replaced. Big drum for larger loads, relatively quiet when in use. Cons - none so far. Happy with my purchase and glad I went with a brand I've not tried before.

Slight leak when first used. All OK after that. Very quiet machine. Works well on all the programs we have tried. We like the refresh and 15min cycles in particular.
