This machine is not only stylish, simple to use but is also Silent!. Installation was very straightforward as my partner is a plumber so i suppose this also helped. Although i did get a little confused as to where to but the soap as there is a flap to lift for liquid vs powder soap the manual was very easy to navigate. I like the feature of the 15min fast wash as little things like washing a top you may have got a stain on but unworn or clothes in the wardrobe for too long a quick freshen up is ideal. The machine is very easy to look at and the 10kg load is fantastic when you have a new-born that goes through bibs and grows like no-ones business. Would definitely recommend!!! Fave Features: Digital Display, Anti Crease, Speed of Spin, Wash Delay. The digital display is so nice and big for anyone with visual impairment and the dial for the washing functions is easy to navigate and clear that you don't have to wonder what option you have chosen. The delay button is great if you want to set the machine in advance but perhaps finish by the time you are back home or free.

We've been really impressed with the washing machine, it was very easy to plumb in and setup. The multiple programs cover all types of washes and the additional refresh program is brilliant for clothes that aren't dirty but just need a quick refresh, it does this with a 15min steam cycle. The 10kg drum is really large and helps get through the washing piles much quicker. The direct drive motor is so quiet that you barely notice it running.

Great machine efficient and quietly going about it too!

Okay, so this machine is super quiet - unbelievable so. The manual however, leaves a lot to be desired. The machine has a delay function but the manual says to enter the washing powder immediately before the cycle. The programs are not clearly explained either - The ECO 40-60 takes over 2.5 hours but didn't heat at all based on the power consumed and neither temperature or spin speed could be varied. The wash did come out clean though. The 15 minute wash estimated 36 minutes when temp set to 40 and spin speed set to 1400 but took 42 minutes. The drain hose is shorter than our old model and is attached to the lower left corner when viewed from the rear. As our drain connector is under the sink to the other side it's stretching it a bit and needs an extension. There's no 'rinse' program but the 15 minute program or Refresh program can have options changed to achieve this. Will probably keep it as it is cleaning well, is cheap to run and as said earlier, amazingly quiet even on full spin.

After looking for ages for a washer that didn't just do really long cycles I was getting frustrated. I didnt want just a 15 minute or a 3 hour wash. Then i was recommended this by a friend. It's brilliant, it's 10kg so I am doing less washes a week. The spin is really good and so quiet. The best thing is that there are quite a few different shorter wash cycles (around an hour)

I absolutely love this machine, so easy to use, cleans really well, spins brilliantly which saves drying time , The refresh cycle is great for freshening up clothes and love how quiet it is This machine has cycles to accommodate pretty much any wash you need including duvets!

This is the second Haier washing machine I've bought from ao.com and they have been great and I would recommend them
