Absolutely useless - touch screen failed after 3 months. Took 4 months for a repair. First wash after the repair came back with an F7 error code asking to call the manufacturer again. Waited in 2 days on separate occasions for failed engineer visit. Spent hours on hold on the phone. Currently awaiting an uplift.

Really happy with the amount of washing this machine can take, almost double that of our old machine. Really pleased with how much quieter it is too, and love the features.

Deliver drivers were excellent. Very polite and helpful. Product is really good. Does a full load in 1.5hrs at 40degrees. Very quiet and efficient.

We had expected this machine to be of a similar quality to our old Samsung but it has failed to live up to expectation. The functionality of the machine is excellent but the spin cycle is ridiculously loud. The AO team have tried to resolve but the issue is with the product. Simply, it looks great but operationally performance is less than satisfactory.

The Haier washing machine we have just bought is unbelievably good so far. Of all the machines we have owned in a long married life this is without a doubt the best. It's so quiet that, if you stand next to the washing machine, you can't hear it running when the microwave, which is on the other side of the kitchen, is on. You literally cannot hear it from outside the room. Just press a couple of buttons and turn a dial and it's off. The wash cycles are excellent and really clean the load. We're going to try washing bigger things i.e quilts and pillows in the spring. We've always used a cleaning service before and if this machine works it'll pay for itself quickly. An added bonus is the fact that the door catch has no visible mechanical parts. On our previous machine the door catch broke 3 times during the warranty period and the 4th and final time was 6 months out of warranty, hence buying a new machine. Really glad we did now or we wouldn't have found this gem.
