The Machine is great, lots of options for different cycles, nice big drum. It is easy to use & so much quieter than my last machine. It is everything I wanted in a washing machine & at a good price. I am really happy with my purchase.

Very good at getting washing clean although programs can be rather slow but that's fine if you run overnight on time delay. Just wish the controls and icons were more intuitive and/or the instruction manual was better written. I'm not a person who is going to run it remotely so I've not bothered with that at all but could be ideal for someone who's disabled.

I've only had the machine a couple of weeks so I can't comment on how robust it is. It's quiet. The drum is big. It seems good. I did not buy this for the WiFi controls, I bought it for it's size, price and efficiency rating. However I downloaded the HON app to use it and it wanted the password to my router. There's no way Hoover needs my password so we won't be making use of that. If that's something that I bought this machine for it would be returned. It has a good range of programs and a delay timer. The door is wide for loading, this is good. However when the machine is not in use I like to leave the door open, and the detergent drawer open to prevent smells and mould; but the door bashes the drawer when they're both open so this is a little frustrating for me. The drawer doesn't open very much at all either so getting the laundry additives in isn't as easy as my last machine. Overall I really like it, it was exceptional value for money, but there are small areas that annoy me slightly.

Really pleased with this. Drum size is excellent, and there is a good range of programmes on the machine itself. Was easy to connect to Wifi, and there are a huge array of further programmes on the app. Highly recommended.

Really pleased with this machine, it is very quiet, even at full spin, it is A rated so hopefully it will help us save money. The control panel is easy to navigate, it tells you on the digital display which program has been selected, how long it will take and shows the minutes till end of cycle. It also has a super fast 14 minute complete wash/spin cycle which is great for unsoiled garments you want to freshen up in a hurry. It is easily set up to wifi which gives you full control through an app on your phone, you can select various settings, and start the machine, it also shows you how long the cycle has to go and it notifies you when it is complete.

Bought this because everyone’s reviews said it was silent spin and I really wish I hadn’t. Our old machine had a broken inner bearing which made it very loud. This was the replacement and I wish I hadn’t bothered. It’s is SO loud even the neighbours have complained! You can’t hear the TV in the living room which is two closed doors away from the machine and our 3 year old is frightened to death to go anywhere near it! Really unhappy and now hundreds of pounds down with a machine that is way worse than our broken one! I would steer clear. Had the engineer out to it yesterday who said it’s operating normally even if it is loud. I don’t think that’s right at all. We had it tested and it’s 80db which is classed as potentially dangerous. Not the quiet whooshing noise I was used to with our old hotpoint we had for 10 years before it got noisy. It is horrendous I can’t tell you how disappointed I am!
