Great washer for the price…super large drum & almost idiot proof programme dial although I really should read the instructions! A bit noisy on the spin but then it is in an open plan kitchen so it’s bound to annoy! Overall, it’s a good machine so far??

Excellent product and does everything we want from a big load washing machine.

I think the WiFi facility on the washing machine is fantastic. Once you have set up your phone so that you have a connection with the washing machine, So long as the machine is pre set in advance on the wifi you can start up your washing machine from anywhere. The washing machine is in stevenage and my daughter started the machine from Cambridge where she was working that day.

Very efficient and so many options. 14kg barrel means less loads and ideal for duvets. Great look, too.

This is the second washing machine I have bought from Hoover and AO. The service was great and the machine washes well. The settings are very easy to use and the eco setting is very handy for over night washes
