after a week of using this machine I have to say it does what its supposed to and does it well. I literally came back from holiday to a washing machine that had decided it was no longer going to spin - after a lot of research I decided to go with this one as it was a bit bigger than my old one and seemed pretty easy to use (I mean, who wants to need a degree to use a washing machine!?!) Anyway, out of the box I was a bit disappointed to find it didn't have my fav 'go to' programme available from the dial so reluctantly downloaded the app - I'm glad I did because, using the fully customise function I can literally do what we've done for decades.... choose my own programme from my extensive knowledge of dirty laundry and my preferred 'max wash' time (some of the programmes would literally quote like 5 hours to complete - I mean, who has time to leave a single load for 5 hours?!?). So all happy now. The only drawback I've found is that the 'wifi' isn't always successful - so for example we have a 'cheap electric after 11am on Sunday tarriff, so I rather excitedly popped a load in the night before and set the programme to start at 11.15 (why 11.15? Because it only has quarter past or quarter to on the 'clock' you can't choose 'on the hour' for some strange reason?!?) - anyway, next morning? It had lost wifi signal so hadn't started. I'm guessing from this that the programming isn't sent to the washer until the appointed time rather than at the time you set it which seems a bit silly, if I arrange a delayed start on the washer, its on the washer no connection needed so I'd say this is a bit of an error on the developers part - perhaps the instruction should be sent to the washer there and then and that way if it looses connection before the programme start time it will start anyway?

I should have bought this washing machine sooner, very quiet and efficient. You have so many options to choose from the hOn App at your convenience. I don’t have to worry about taking my kingsize duvet to laundrette anymore as the huge 14kg drum does the work. After having a bad experience with Samsung washing machine, I am so happy I choose Hoover and will highly recommend.

Stunning machine and unbelievably quite! I am so happy with my purchase, I had my previous Hoover washing machine for 12 years so I wanted to stay with the same brand. Even with heavy bath towls in you can barely hear it running and the washing comes out almost dry.
