Had to return the machine as the touchpad control panel wouldn't accept my attempts to press it. Hoover engineer said a lot of customers have the same problem.

Stopped working after 3 weeks, now holding endlessly for Hoover to answer the phone

Just bought this but can’t work out how to use the 14/30/44 programme as it’s only letting me use the 14 minute program! Instruction manual doesn’t explain. Please help me.

Absolute rubbish. Broke down in less than 3 months , took a ridiculous amount of weeks to be fixed with huge amount of cancelled appointments and then broke down again a couple of weeks after that. I’ll never by a hoover washing machine again

It looks good BUT when I tuned it on it blew up. This one is faulty and the manufacturer is going to change it. The only problem is they don't have one in stock.

Absolutely rubbish, it transpired that there were a few faults with it, not sure how that happens with a brand new washer. AO we're amazing and dealt with Hoover for me, all sorted now and a replacement delivered within a week, a different make as I wasn't impressed with Hoover

Rubbish machine, 1. Not A rated on many cycles 2. 8kg machine no cycles that can run on on 8kg, mainly 2 and 4kg. 3. Its a 1600 spin again hardly any cycles that will run at 1600 spin mainly only uses 800 spin. 4. Powder draw barely opens so hard to get powder in. 5. The door sticks out further that the powder draw so you have to have the whole mashine sticking out from under the worktop quite far in order to be able to get to the tiny powder draw opening. 6. Can not reduce load size either so no mini load of half load, whites for example 7.5kg load and no way to reduce it. 7. Cycles are very random, nothing for just coloureds over 5kg or a bed and bath cycle but cycles for ski suits, diving suits and down jackets

It 'went bang' 7 weeks after we had it. The engineer didn't know what was wrong with it. Hoovers customer service is awful, a week after all the parts were ordered, at a guess we still didn't have a date for them to fix it. Hoover said the parts were in stock. Ao customer services were great and took the machine back, allowing us to pick another make. We then received a text to say the parts weren't in stock and we would have a update in another 7 days ??. When the machine worked it was great
