Quiet, but the tray is a little small

Hi, the washing machine in itself is effective but the instruction booklet is appalling. Poorly written and unclear, so confusing with the various 'alternate' settings and different modes. Awful English too. Don't know what Hoover were thinking. The touch buttons are also somewhat strange, sometimes it's a light touch other times you need to press. That said it does what it says it does - wash clothes.

Unfortunately, the water hose supplied with the machine had a leak which was not detected when it was plumbed in. It was a few days before I noticed the back of the unit was wet. I had to pay for a plumber to identify the problem & fix it

The WiFi connection does not work from internet on a smart phone. Though it does for engineers. The spin is not as good as it should be for 1600. The clothes are still heavy with water. Shrieking started after 2 weeks and not just on spin. Rubber seal started to shred though was on half a load. Many times the washing machine does not spin on a small load with 1-3 items. Most settings are below 60 temp or they only offer a lower spin. You would really need WiFi to benefit from the other cycles though the manual doesn’t say what they are. The drum seems small for 8kg compared to my old machine from another company. I have to do smaller loads. I chose this machine as it had good reviews. I’m hoping the issues are temporary or I'll be asking for a replacement. Only had it since August.

Would be 5 stars but unfortunately it is leaking. AO came to check the connections and couldn't see anything obvious. It is definitely still leaking though.

Great choice, 3 quick wash settings range from 14 minutes, 30 & 44 minutes. Quiet spin speed at 1600 with range to change to low as 5 temperature modes from 90 to 20. Wifi enabled although not yet tested this feature.

Very happy so far - haven't tried all the features yet. Good spin and I like being able to control wash via "dirtiness"
