Looks better on the picture. Once unpacked, you will wonder if that was a right choice. At £340, I would definitely expect more, but as we were after a black washing machine and had to be with smaller depth than 60cm, and delivered quickly, we didn’t have a much choice on the Internet. Looks and feel cheap, the door catch feels like it’s made of plastic and it’s not going to last long. Huge door with single piece of glass, where you need to be careful how you close it, if after the washing cycle you usually leave it open together with the dosing drawer - if you won’t close the drawer first, it will catch it and most likely something will break. The programs dial itself also feels loose. Luckily you can run your programs of your phone, so we won’t be touching it too often. Warranty it’s only 1 year. You can extend warranty for parts for 10 years, but you need to use Hoover approved engineers, so they will milk the extra cash out of you when paying for call out/labour. Normally I wouldn’t suggest to use appliance insurance, but if you’ll decide to buy Hoover one, you might have to think about getting one.

After just 6 months of twice weekly use, this washer developed a hole in the drum. Goodness knows how, as it had remained in situ since it was first installed. Under warranty, AO swiftly got a new machine to me - customer service is excellent. I love the look of this washer and the size of its drum. It has some great features such as a setting where colours and whites can be mixed in the wash, which keeps it economical for smaller households. I’m hopeful that the issue with the original washer was just a one-off, as apart from that, it’s a fab machine!

I had a previous version of this same model but this one seems to be a bit temperamental- seems to only sometimes take the fabric softener and had trouble with the wash pods dissolving at times. Not sure if it’s operator error but as I had the previous version I don’t think I’m doing anything wrong… very frustrating after spending lots of money and with a newborn at home!

This is not the model I originally wanted but that was out of stock and we needed a replacement quickly. It is easy to set up on the Wi-Fi. The HoN app is a little clunky but once it learns your most used programs that stops being a problem. The machine itself is well built, spacious, and delivers great results.

Lovely item, looks smart, easy to use

So far really happy. Excellent large drum that holds a huge load. Lots of different washes and times with extra functions. Haven’t bothered with the Wi-Fi as yet but another good function.

Great service ...there was a short delay but this was communicated well . Delivery was good all in all fantastic service and a great washing machine

It's really quiet & does what it says. Steam function doesn't seem to make a huge difference. Eco wash saves water but uses more electric as it's over 3 hours long. Fits better in space we have & 1600 spin has hugely reduced drying times.
