I have always brought Hotpoint in the past but decided on the Haier machine because of the refresh cycle, which is fantastic. The machine is quiet and sturdy and the Refresh cycle is saving me a fortune at the dry cleaners! I’ve recommended the machine to my family and work colleagues.

No issues so far, been using daily for two weeks now. A lot quieter than the beko it replaced. Delivery guys were really good, carried it up the steps and into the kitchen.

The washing machine itself is really easy to use. I was after a machine that wasn’t loud and had programs that weren’t really long. This ticks both those boxes - the machine is quiet and I can’t hear it in other rooms like my previous one, and the programs are as short as an hour which is really convenient. I also really like that the door is easy to open, and doesn’t require pushing buttons etc to open.

We have a haier fridge freezer which we are more than happy with so thought we would get this washing machine and are so glad we did, it is so quiet and washes perfectly. No hesitation in recommending this machine.
