Looks very smart and is a compact size. Lots of different programmes

Excellent machine so far. Incredibly quiet and very stylish looking in the Graphite. Bought this because the depth of the space we have is too small for most machines. Thankfully I read the reviews and noticed that someone else had commented that the dimensions given do not include the dome of the door or the dial. I went in store to double check this and so knew how much they would stick out before purchasing. So take the depth of the dimensions and add about 8cm. Other than that misleading piece of information, it's a good machine. The only other thing is that I have as yet been unable to register my machine for its warranty. The site is down and the number does not connect. It does, however, say that there is a new site coming on 31st Jan, so hoping they'll still accept the registration then (think you get 30 days).

Excellent product can't believe how quiet it is, also how clean and fresh washing is on the most economical of cycles.

Only 4 stars here as we've had a couple of issues. (5 stars for the service as a new unit was sent out next day no quibbles!) I echo other reviews in that the machine is extremely quiet. Much more pleasing on the eye than its competitors too.

The machine cleans well, and there are various options for running faster cycles which is what I wanted. The light inside the machine is surprisingly useful. Nothing is making me regreat buying this machine. It's far quieter than my previous machine. The manual is OK, with only the very occasional bit of mangled English. My only criticisms are: 1. When you turn the machine on, it doesn't default to the most recent programme that was used, yet most people want to run the same programme wash after wash. You have to turn the knob until the required programme is lit-up. 2. There is more soggy powder left in the dispenser than I'd have liked. I'm getting into the habit of washing it into the machine with a cup of warm water during the wash cycle (I'm sure I'm not meant to do that). Maybe my powder is damp?

Very good machine, really silent. The drum holes are big enough so that clothes with metal bits at the end of strings get stuck.

It’s really quiet. It’s a bit deeper than the measurements given as that doesn’t allow for the bulge of the front.

Lovely looking machine, easy to use with lots of options. Soft clean laundry on even express washes, and my hand wash only items are soft Andy beautifully clean after a delicates wash. But... it scratched within a few hours (the metallic trim around the door). Given this is a machine sized for families it is disappointing not to be Moreno durable.
