In brief, this is an excellent washer. What does it do right? 1. It is quiet. I live in the top floor of a listed 4 floor building and noise travelling is sometimes an issue. This washer is whisper-quiet compared to models I have used from 2008-2012. 15m down the flat, separated by one door, I cannot even hear it for most of a standard 'eco' wash cycle. 2. Additional modes. There is allergy wash feature that anecdotally seems to have helped with my severe hayfever. There are standard modes for wool, cotton and synthetics which work well. Importantly, there is a steam function which works 70-80% as well as a quick iron, which impressive given that you barely have to lift a finger and it doesn't take long. The quick wash feature works well for clothes that need to be refreshed but do not require a deep clean. 3. Usability - the interface is totally intuitive unlike some washers. The delay function works well and you can happily open the door to add more clothes while the delay timer ticks - not the case with many washers! 4. Cleaning power - this should be a given for any new washer but our clothes feel especially clean. All in all, this is a really fantastic unit for up to a medium sized household.

I had this washing machine for about one week and tested a couple of options. Firstly, the look is really nice, if fits perfectly under the counter and the menu is straigh forward. I love that it’s so silent, you don’t even know when it’s washing. You have the option to choose from a program as little as 15 mins to over 2 hours. You can adjust the temperature for each program, as well as add extra rinse. I am so pleased with this washing machine, it’s honestly the best we had so far.

Didn't quite know what to expect from the machine . Haier isn't a brand I have used before but they look to be a company than owns a lot of the named brands we know. Looks smart and simple this is larger than our current machine so the capacity was a nice surprise especially as we are a family of 5. lots of programmes so you can do smaller washes. A lot quieter than expected and cleans clothes as it should. I was impressed and have bough the matching tumble dryer to match the washing machine

First of all iv never heard of this brand before. It looks very modern which made me sway into looking more into the details of this particular machine. It arrived very well packaged and delivery was well organised. After the easy installation , I tried the fast wash first of all which is only 15 mins, compared to my previous machine which took 30. The machine is so quiet while running I kept going back to check it was still running! The machine has a dial on the right hand side with a number of programes. And a drawer compartment on the left for your powder/liquid and softener. So far im really impressed with this product, I am looking forward to trying out other washes soon. I have since used the 'duvet' setting and was really impressed. My pillows are back to there original size again.

My first impression is that this is great modern looking machine. It has good selection of programs enough for my needs. What I also like is the fact that the programs are not very long my previous machine had programs which lasted up to 4h. I like that during work display shows how much time is left until the end of the program. Another great feature and what I like the most is how quiet is this machine. You barely hear the motor only splashing water same during spin there is not much more noise. We have had this machine for two weeks and have done few washes and we are very happy with the results. Our previous machine did not rinse the washing properly and you could see white residue on dark garments. We washed dark items in this machine and I am happy to report that there was no white residue (we used the same laundry detergent as in the previous machine) . Machine has capacity of 9kg which is big enough to fit double blanket unfortunately is not big enough to fit king size duvet.

Even better and quieter than I was expecting.. Machine is super and looks great. Really pleased with product and AO service.

It is SO quiet and very efficient and economical. It has a good range of programmes. I am really pleased with this machine, and I am so impressed that the motor has such a long guarantee. I'd never heard of this brand before, but it seems to be a quality purchase at a reasonable price.

Large, powerful and extremely quiet. Perfect for a family of four. Can’t fault Haier,especially with a lifetime warranty on the motor!
