Really gutted. It’s a lovely machine and washes clothes so well but is absolutely not quiet. It’s the loudest machine I’ve ever owned and not ideal for open plan at all.

When AO fitted the machine I was excited to try it out after reading all the great reviews. What a let down I don't know what other reviewers used previously but I had an eco bubble. I found this new washer to be a lot louder especially when adding or emptying water. Most cycles last over 1 to 2 hours and the spinner is not as good as previous machine. It washes clothes OK and looks good but disappointed overall.

First time I have purchased Haier product. It looks nice, but it is big and chunky. It vibrates a lot when in spin cycle, a lot more than the Hotpoint washing machine I had, which lasted a good ten years! Not only does it vibrate is also moves forward, which is not helpful at all. It has the dishwasher next to it, and due to its erratic movement, I cannot use both of the together, so have to wait for one to finish before starting the others. With a large family and the washing machine on daily, I'm intrigued to see how long this washing machine will last.

Really nice, not quite as quiet as expected but good.

So far haven't used it much but it is very silent which I like and I like the choice of programs pretty easy to understand. Id recommend this machine to other buyers

makes a little more noise than our last Haier washing machine but works great would recommend Haier

So far a really good Washing Machine. Seems to do everything you would expect.

Great so far. Nice quiet washing machine, which is what we wanted with the thin walls in our house. It’s very deep though - deeper than standard worktops, so I’ve had to put a door stop in the floor to stop our kitchen door hitting it.
