It's a good washing machine, a nice feature is that it works out how long the cycle should take, which is often less than the initial time. The bugbear is that I cannot open the drawer when the door is open, I have broken the front off the drawer several times because of this "design feature" - it's ridiculous! Triple check your measurements!!! - This machine was just 1cm too deep for my space as it has a deep curve on the door rather than being flat..

Waste pipe in insanely short and only reaches if the unit is right next to the waste. Doesn't have any pre-wash or deep wash function at all. Doesn't have any hand wash cycle. Doesn't have rinse cycle, can't even add rinse to the spin cycle. Door opens quickly at end of cycle. Pretty basic machine with only simple programs. For the high price I expected much, much more, it better last a long time to justify the price but somehow it feels a flimsy and cheap so will see.

Although it advertises 1600 spin speed, very limited programs spin at this speed. Even when selected the clothes are not as dry as old machine and I re-spin them. Good capacity, easy to use

Disappointed The spin is disappointing, my old machine only had a spin of 1,400, yet this is a 1,600 and the washing is wetter when the load finishes, and you have to set the spin speed on each wash. On the whole it’s quiet unless you have a heavy part load then it extremely noisy. I chose to fit this myself, and it was not easy. Once you have added the foam strips to the bottom of the machine. Would I choose this machine again, having had it two weeks… NO

Excellent product

The washing machine is brilliant. Good range of programs and fantastic 1600 spin. Didn't really like the door colour would have prefered white, but no option for that. Also the door a little more flimsy and plasticated than my last one, hope it lasts as well.

It looks much more modern than the machine it replaces. We wanted a quiet machine as we have an open plan living kitchen. Does have a very quiet spin BUT has a loud pump sound and drain and fill sound. Comes with the anti slip pads already stuck on the feet and impossible to slid under the countertop. Had to place cardboard under feet to slide under the bench. An ok machine for mid range wouldn’t buy another if this make.

Received in time at the moment everything is excellent bought only last week
