Really pleased with this product and it does everything we need it to. So far everything has washed great and dried first time leaving everything soft and towels fluffy! It looks great and is very quiet. Very easy to use and the dispenser drawer is spacious. Only down side is you can't stop the dryer mid cycle if needed.

Good service, good product

The machine washes well , even the 15 min is sufficient for most things. Extra spin is a great feature and the drying function works to your preference. Allowing part dry and different modes. I have only had a week but am impressed. I’ve purchased a lot on AO recently and am very happy with the overall service. I went for this model over the newer internet connected models because the reviews were much better.

I’m disappointed with this purchase. The build quality is poor. This is a Chinese brand for those who don’t know and the quality is not the same of other premium makes from Germany. The controls are flimsy, I had issues with the drainage and also with the lock which simply does not disengage. I found instructions very unhelpful and unclear. The drier function does not work well - even following loading instructions the results are not great. I would not recommend this product and will not purchase from Haier in the near future

Very quiet wash, good spin speed and dryer works well

Excellent so far. It is quiet and efficient. The extra washing that can be fitted in compared to an 8kg machine is excellent.

I upgraded when my 20yr old washer dryer gave up and this is a massive improvement. It’s incredibly quiet, washes clothes well & has super short cycles. The dryer also works quite well.

Very solid and seems well built. Very quiet wash and spin compared to last appliance, rarely know it’s actually in use. Programs are sufficient without being over the top. 10kg is a big space. Drying program takes a while to complete but works well. Good warranty period for parts. Have fridge freezer same make, well recommended.
