This machine is so quite when it's operating that I can leave it running while I'm in a zoom meeting. Its really efficient on eco mode and with almost double the capacity of my old machine it saves alot of time and money.

1st one I received was December 2020 - within 9 months had to be replaced due to the dryer not working and an FD error message. Replacement received (AO were brilliant) and within 4 months, weird vibrations through the touch screen panel - Today the second one doesn't work with the same fault as machine 1. Certainly not what you'd expect from what should be a premium manufacturer.

Great machine - extremely quiet on normal cycles. Plenty of options on different washes, and really easy to use interface.

Great product until it starts leaking out the front of the door. Had it replaced, same problem, decided to go for another brand. Excellent customer support from AO & Haier!

So quiet! I wanted a really big drum for my family of 5 and this 12kg really does take a lot of washing! I am enjoying not having to do so many wash loads now, and then being able to dry it all in the 8kg drum is perfect. I am very happy so far. The settings are easy to use and select, and the touch screen function is really user friendly

Quiet machine, plenty of choice on spin speeds, washing cycles and drying cycles.
