The cleaner is very efficient and easy to use but it only has the dust capacity of a teacup. I hadn’t vacuumed upstairs for a while as my old cleaner broke and I had to empty the canister twice in the larger bedroom and once after each of the smaller ones, the bathroom and largish landing. Hopefully next time there will be less dust and hair to pick up. When the motor unit is at the base of the handle tethered would be room fora larger canister.

Seems to perform really well and picks up a lot of dirt you didn't know was there. Also very quiet compared to my older, corded Miele. Knocked a star off because it's heavier than I anticipated, and because I find pushing and pulling the poles off and off to be stiff. Would have been even better if it came with two batteries.

Efficient and works extremely well, Changing the mode is stiff but feels secure, the light on the motorhead is extremely useful. The only downside I see is the small waste bin.

An excellent product, feels robust and cleans up with real power. Very quick to recharge and easy to empty. I have had a cordless vacumn before but it wasn't any where near as good as this one. Definitely worth the money. I would recomend this product.

This is a great vacuum and the battery seems to last for quite a few days. It is by far the most powerful vacuum I have used. Highly recommended

Excellent product, easy to assemble. Now being used on a daily basis in the house and outside on our car. Run time as quoted. Would have been better with a docking station, but the wall bracket is good quality though it only holds 3 accessories so you have to store the small rotary brush elsewhere and I mounted it close to a plug socket so just have to plug the charging cable in.

I have always loved Miele products for their performance and reliability! This vacuum definitely does not disappoint! The Miele Tri-Flex comes with brilliant attachments and a very east to follow instruction manual. A huge majority of my downstairs is hard wood flooring so I only needed to used a suction level 1 on this and it beat the performance of my dyson ten-fold! I can’t get over how good this vacuum is only carpet! Even, on a maximum power with my Dyson, the lowest power of the Miele was startlingly better. The amount of dust and hair that came out of my carpet made it look as though I hadn’t vacuumed for months! Even though I had only vacuumed a few days before! I also have a dog who malts quite a lot and I found that this vacuum got up her hairs with ease! This vacuum can get under furniture very easily and the parts that reconfigure from an upright to a handheld without any hassle! My only issue with this vacuum is the weight of it when using it as a handheld with the attachments. It can be quite difficult to manage using this part with just one hand! I had to use both of my hands as it is very heavy. I have to say though, that I have fallen in love with this vacuum and would highly recommend it anyone if they want a vacuum that performs a dream!
