I did quite a lot of research before choosing the Shark HZ500UK Vacuum Cleaner. I have only used it once so far, but my early experience is really good and positive. I found it easy to follow the instructions and set up and using it was easy as well. It did everything it said on the tin, including the Anti Hair Wrap Technology which seemed to work a treat! The only cons I would say, which are only minor, is when the vacuum is in the Flexology mode I found it a bit hard to manoeuvre and control. But that might be just me not being used to it yet. And a couple of other minor points - It would be nice if the power cord was retractable and there was somewhere to store the attachments that come with it. But these are just minor points and it wouldn't stop me highly recommend this vacuum cleaner to anyone :-)

Best cleaner I have ever bought its light and I don't have to struggle bending anymore because you just bend the cleaner does what the shark supports to do and that's good enough for me

I would recommend this product 100% its fantastic, the power of the item is amazing, lightweight to use, brilliant to get to places you don't normally get to, Amazing product.

Excellent product purchased specifically for the anti hair wrap, the ability to manoeuvre under sofas and awkward places and also to convert into a hand held hoover. A really versatile product, absolutely love it.

Its the best hoover I have ever brought a lot better than the Dyson. It's managed to hoover the carpets better than the Dyson it glides over the carpets no problem easy to empty and the handle holds down I would never go back to using a Dyson again
